Patient and Informative.
We had lots of questions about cruising as one passenger permanently uses a powered wheelchair. Savannah patiently answered all our questions, calling the travel operator several times to check out all the information we needed. When it became obvious that we couldn’t immediately get an answer to one question she secured the rooms we needed by arranging for the travel operator to put them on hold until we could have all the facts we needed.

This is the second time we have booked with Hays Southampton. We find their service excellent. On both occasions Stephen has been our advisor and we find him excellent. This time we have booked a cruise for the first time, and if we can ( we now live in Germany) we will book through him again.
