P&O cruise amendment
I needed to alter a cruise booking with P&O. It proved to be very difficult as the new cruise needed to at least equal the cost of the original. Chris at Hays Travel in Southbourne was very patient and helpful and after a few 'dead ends' we managed to sort out a suitable new cruise. Thank you Chris
