Have used my brach of Heys several times and will continue to do so.

Jake was very helpful and patient as it was a bit of a nightmare trying to book somewhere due to places being booked up, hotels, flights etc. we managed to get a holiday that we are looking forward too. Will book sooner next year, haha.

Alyson is always so friendly and helpful. She is willing to spend time making sure she tailors the holiday to suit your needs. My son-in-law always explains how I could save money by booking the holidays myself. However, my wife and I prefer to have the support of Hays Travel. Although I have mentioned Alyson as she helped us on our most recent holiday booking, every member of staff in Southport is equally as friendly and helpful. Why go anywhere else?

Laura was amazing! So helpful, friendly and attentive, she went out of her way to check on all my special requests , gave helpful advice and information on a new destination for us, can’t wait to go and will definitely return to Laura at Hays Travel for our next trip away, it was so much easier and took all the stress away by doing everything for us, 5*

Laura who took our booking made the experience stress free and was very knowledgeable about the area we had decided upon. She took care of everything including car parking at airport and made sure we had a good deal.

Rebecca went above and beyond to book our holiday in Skiathos. It had to be linked with our friend flying from Gatwick. Time was spent instore on the phone to TUI to find availability. She very kindly checked emails on her day off to ensure the booking could be successfully completed as it was a small self catering complex

Rebecca was excellent with our difficult booking coordinating my friends booking as they were flying from a different UK airport to me. Also making sure there were still rooms available in a small hotel. We got the last two rooms for the dates we wanted thanks to Rebecca.

Laura was very efficient and knowledgeable to make our holiday booking easy.

I went in with no country in mind but specific criteria as a solo, female traveller. After searching for me for a while, the manageress was very patient and found the perfect holiday which I bought! The departure date was only a week later. Very helpful. They even checked me in and sorted insurance for me. With special rate on travel money I was delighted . Will use again. Thank you Hays Travel Southport.
