Leah was fabulous, she found the holiday I had seen on an email I received and arranged everything for me. It was with a company she had to ring to get availability & prices.
I booked, then couple of days later a friend asked to go with me, Leah sorted our options & amended the booking for 2 people. Thanks excellent customer service.

They explain clearly on Airport Transfers even to the point of directions on how to exit in the correct direction to ensure that the accommodation venues are reached easily. Booked our second holiday this year with Hays! They always price match from the online price l get which means l don't have the stress of doing it myself. It's so easy to pop into the Spennymoor shop and book with the friendly and helpful staff.

Rebecca and her colleague spent ages pricing up different options until the right option was found for a cruise and pre stay. Very professional and knowledgeable and I felt very confident that the right holiday would be found.

Very friendly staff that go above and beyond to secure the perfect holiday for their customers.
