We were assisted by a young 17 year old lad who was booking a coach tour with Alfa travel for the first time. Despite this, he was very helpful and meticulous in finding out all of the necessary information regarding the package. It took him a little bit longer than someone with more experience but everyone has to learn and he managed very well indeed.

We came in with some dates, our preferred location and our budget we were dealt with by Jen who was absolutely lovely she went above and beyond to find our holiday and did everything she could to get us the best deal, we booked it straight away it was such a smooth and easy process i'd definitely recommend coming here
