We walked into Hays just like last year with a plan to book a family summer holiday and bounced out the door having booked and paid for a lovely 2 week family holiday to Santorini!
We can't wait to go, and will surely be back in Hays this time next year to book for 2027!

I had a good idea what I wanted to do…
I had a good idea what I wanted to do and Hays were able to put together a package and a quote while I was in the shop which I later went ahead with. There was no pressure to book there and then which made it a relaxed experience.

We called in to pickup our boarding passes and came out having booked another holiday.

Kim at Hays Stamford was fantastic
The lady at Hays Stamford was fantastic - friendly and knowledgeable (and patient!) I would happily give her 5 stars.
The only reason I have put 4 stars on the review is because I would have expected a travel agent to provide more than what I’m able to do myself online (this is the first time I’ve ever gone via an agency). I’ve booked this time with Hays specifically because of Kim, but I’m doubtful if I will book in the future as I think it’s slowed down my process by assuming there would be benefits from booking via an agency that I wouldn’t get going direct.

Hopefully you will see the difference booking through an agent when it comes to check in time as we will happily check you in and print your boarding passes for you. Booking through an agent also makes it easier if you want to make any special requests or if you have any problems before you travel as we can help you with these. We are also here to guide you with our destination knowledge as between us we have travelled to most places. As we offer a price match option to the tour operators online prices then there is definitely more value for money booking through us at Hays Travel. You will get a better rate on your currency as a holiday customer so don't forget to mention this when you come in for your Euros. We are also here to book more complicated itineraries which are so much more difficult to try and put together at home.
