Stephanie was a gem. I was on the phone to her for just 45mins and everything was sorted including insurance. Paperwork was emailed to me straight after the call. Assisted flight was sorted first thing next morning. A totally hassle free booking. Stephanie is obviously very good at what she does and I will most certainly be going back to her for future holidays. Quality!

I have received first class treatment from the moment I made my first enquiry. The service was excellent and the staff were friendly and very helpful.

We asked Steph the best places to go for a holiday in the sun in mid October. She used her wealth of experience and knowledge and gave us choices. We then gave her a list of criteria and she located various hotels for us. Then we made our choice and she efficiently made all the reservations. She has excellent customer service skills and infinite patient. The easiest booking we have ever made.
