Having booked with Stephanie before at Hays Travel, who found us the perfect holiday, I knew I could trust I would be getting the right holiday at the right value for money price, that was right for myself & wife who's mobility is limited, just a few emails & phone calls was all it took, taking all the stress off my mind, knowing if We had any doubts or questions about anything about the trip, she would have the experience & knowledge to help us.
