Mia,your agent was lovely , listened to what we were looking for in a holiday and made us feel at ease when booking as we havn't been away abroad for many years, she answered all our questions and was very helpful regarding what we had to do next? I would definately recommebd Hayes travel of Stourbridge as they are very efficient and understanding , keep up the good work guys , wee done and thank you

This was the first time I visited Hays Travel & it won't be my last. Staff really helpful & knowlegible. Understood my concerns but also helped me look at options I hadn't considered and found me the ideal holiday. The staff couldn't be more helpful. Will definitely use again.

Beth was very informative and friendly. She also gave us useful information regarding transfers. Abbey was also very helpful as she had previously visited Prague and gave us advice on where to visit.

Staff were extremely helpful when our first option wasn't available but still found us a great deal with another package. Thinking that we were going to be disappointed, we left happier than we had imagined.
