I had such a great experience with Sue, who was incredibly patient and understanding throughout the whole process of booking my first family holiday with my then 9 month old. I wanted the holiday to be perfect and she really took the time to really listen to what we needed as a family and worked hard to find options that suited us. Even when I changed my mind and added numerous tweaks or requests and then had to rebook a completely different holiday, nothing was too much trouble! Her flexibility, professionalism, and positive attitude made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and well-managed. One less thing for me to worry about. I made an initial enquiry for Bulgaria to Sue. She was really fast responding with options and reviews to consider for the hotel, giving advice on what would suit my family, along with a competitive price. When I decided to change my destination it was no problem for Sue to look into the new holiday for me. I was also able to book airport parking at a hugely discounted rate. I was passed Sue's contact details from a friend who regularly uses her to book holidays and highly recommended her. Sue was very friendly and really helpful and managed to get me a very good price on booking. Sent all information through on line and kept me up to date regarding payments etc. My son has now contacted Sue as he is looking to book flights and a hotel and in New York and is excited to see what package she can arrange for him.
