We just needed a travel agent that was open on a Sunday , Hays in Sutton Coldfield was open and Harry could not have been more helpful . We needed up booking and paying in full right there

Went into Hays with a cruise we’d seen on P&O the girl who served wax really helpful and knowledgeable re the ship the decks and the best priced cabin to choose plus she also gave us a discount for having a blue light card. We always book our cruises through Hays as they are always on hand to help with any issues.

Very good staff they help through a difficult period im goin tho specifically Harry and the other lady but I carnt remember her name think it was clare cause I had to cancel my first holiday due to unforeseen circumstances but I went to hays sutton Coldfield and booked another
