Amazing service - highly recommended
I had to arrange an overseas trip (a family funeral) at extremely short notice - a matter of days. I visited Hays Travel in Sutton Coldfield and within a few hours, the entire visit was organised - booking the flights, filling out the entry paperwork, booking the hotel (and also getting the travel money sorted). The staff were very friendly and respectful and made a very stressful situation easier. I couldn't recommend them more.

Got a good price
This was my second visit and as I had a great first experience, I went straight there without going elsewhere. I was not disappointed. I visited because of price, but they were nice and efficient too.
