Replacement flights to Australia
We were needing flights to Australia as due to the war in the Middle East the ones we had booked independently were no longer operating. The assistant looked at options as close to our original dates as possible and we were provided with options. Our concerns and wishes were taken into account which took the pressure off the situation. Flights were booked, everything was reviewed and additional information provided. Two very happy travellers.

My experience was great.
