Very quick efficient service

Natasha was brilliant. Not only did she efficiently book exactly what we wanted but she also booked the same holiday with our friends so that the 4 of us can travel together. This really was a masterclass in multitasking. Thanks! We will definitely book our next holiday at Hays in Sutton.

I saw Caitlin. I was impressed with her knowledge of the resorts and was able to find me the perfect holiday in a very short time. Her customer service skills are really good, she knows how to speak to people in a friendly and confident way. She's only young and it's refreshing to find a young person who knows how to communicate. You should be proud of her.

We had to arrange a short notice domestic flight in order to attend a funeral. The service we received was very good, Dean searched options to ensure we had plenty of time to spend on the day and the most cost effective solution. I would highly recommend this branch.

Mike the Manager was fantastic and helped us select the best holiday for our party of 9 people. His knowledge, friendly nature, patience and understanding is a credit to him and his company.

We booked a cruise with Mandy in the shop & she was extremely professional, helpful & patient in ensuring we had all the information needed for our choices & there was 5 of us & we all felt very reassured with the whole booking process. We definitely recommend this store for the personal touch as the other staff present were helpful & friendly too , well done 👏

We were undecided on a late get away and the travel advisor was great at checking several countries and options and narrowing down to a final choice. We were not rushed in any way and he was friendly and knowledgeable.

Many made it easy to chose or holiday. She asked what we was looking for and our preferred destination and went through it in great detail with us .

We found Dean to be very helpful and informative nothing was too much trouble to find out what we needed to know and he always got back to us as promised.
