IMPRESSED
Used the Tavistock branch, first time using Hays but they had the hotel we wanted, always used TUI before.
Excellent service from the start, I gave the hotel, dates, room requirements and flight I wanted, booked easily.
Followed up with trip details I requested a few days later.
Most importantly was the price which will make me consider using Hays next year.
The app is brilliant, everything is loaded on with just a reference number.

Go local!
I tried a local company after always using large online holiday companies and I was delighted with the service I received. Laura sorted me a holiday at short notice , cheaper than anywhere online and couldn’t do enough to help me. I will be using Hays for all my future bookings now
