Big shout out to Stacey and her colleagues. Popped in on the off chance we could grab a late deal. We answered a few questions and had a chat about our criteria and she was off. She clearly read us well and was able to supply us with a variety of options from which were able to choose a holiday. Nothing was too much trouble. Stacey was knowledgeable, interested and seemed to enjoy what she was doing. Importantly she went the extra mile, anticipated our needs, and didn’t mess about.
The booking process was simple and went without a hitch.

I love hays Travel and Laura yet again was so helpful. She sorted my holiday with friends to Malta. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff.

The members of Hays Travel in Tavistock were brilliant. They helped us to choose a cruise, showing us where the different cabins were on the ship plan. They discussed with us key features we needed to be aware of. They were a font of knowledge guiding us through everything. They were recommended by a person we know and they didn’t let us down.
