As usual the service from Jeanette at Titchfield was excellent. Very friendly and very helpful as always but this time she had to exceed her own high standards. We wanted to book an offering from Great RailJourneys that we had seen. Getting the initial quote was no problem but when we wanted an amended quote they said it was not available through Hays. Jeanette would not accept this and following phone calls to Head Office etc GRJ changed their position and we are now booked through Hays which is what we wanted as we have always found Jeanette exceptional. This would not have happened without her perseverance on our behalf!

I had previously booked a cruise through Hays. I needed to make 2 personnel changes to the existing cruise plus book another so it wasn't a straightforward transaction especially as regards balances due. The staff member was efficient and very helpful.

As ever Hays have smashed my holiday experience out of the park. Customer service is outstanding. I've booked several holidays through Jeannette and she is wonderful. Happy to accommodate requests and her recommendations are fab!
Won't be using anyone else for my holidaying needs!!!

Extremely helpful, patient, explaining options, no pressure to buy, give advice and talk you through any steps required at home by showing you the online steps if you need guidance. Their insights into travel insurance were spot-on and I wish I'd gone through them last time I travelled!

Your agent Carol was very helpful in setting up our trip to Edinburgh, and was brilliant for sorting it out for us when the options on offer were so limited re flights and rooms at such a busy time.

Having booked a cruise for next year wanted guidance on a week away in June, Sara provided a range of options based on our budget and gave good advice on a few of our choices - ended up booking on her recommendations. The staff at Hays Titchfield are super efficient, keep their promises I.e. getting back to you with updates on the type of holiday you are looking for. They are all friendly and attentive. Nothing is too much trouble, I trust all of them to pay attention to my needs and keep me informed every step of the way. Hays will always be my go to travel agent rather than trying to book holidays on line.
