An excellent welcome with a smile. Listened to what our requirements were. Searched and explained our options, made further enquiries with cruise line direct to answer questions. Then took our booking. All easy straightforward and friendly at all times

Sara was great and tried to find a holiday for us. Unfortunately the way P&O are working now meant that, by the time we had completed the booking and I had git details so that I could fill in the Medical form, someone else had booked the evac chair. We are still waiting for the refund of the booking. Sadly there were no other suitable cruises available covering my special birthday. So it was smiles at first then long faces as we were told the bad news.

The agent in titchfield who was very young was so friendly and professional, answered any questions and booked without issue

Carol was very thorough looking at several hotel options then looking for the best deal.

Sara found a large range of options for me to choose from and, as always, took the hassle of spending ages looking away from me and has come up trumps with a lovely hotel that a lot of her clients have visited, and which she would also like to visit herself, which gives me great confidence in my choice.
