The staff are extremely knowledgeable and generous of their time. If they don’t know the answer to a question they will do what is needed to obtain the correct information. They inspire confidence and they do their best to ensure their clients are not disappointed with their chosen holiday.

Jeanette knew exactly how to deal with the non availability and I ended up with what I wanted. I'm very inexperienced with cruises and Jeanette's knowledge was priceless.

We made an enquiry and were furnished with a brochure. We agreed that we would look at the brochure and decided on three options. Carol then contacted the three options and managed to get prices for next year at the time we chose . We then firmed this up by paying deposit. The Hays agents were polite and knowledgeable.We were not rushed or pressured at any time. A very good experience.

Booking a cruise couldn’t have been easier such a lovely advisor helped me she listened to what I wanted and did a first class job of finding my cruise!!! Nothing was too much trouble it was a very pleasant time! Thank you

Carol was so friendly and helpful. The holiday company was busy so I left Carol to make all of the arrangements for me. I felt confident she knew what I wanted and would secure the holiday I was hoping for. The booking was made efficiently. Very good service

The after noon was very instructive and interesting. Everyone from Hays Travel and Newmarket Holidays was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. Newmarket Holidays are good value for money and I have booked with them.

Jess was especially helpful at Titchfield as I had had problems obtaining a passport!
