The ladies at hays tiverton, are so helpful, they make time to listen to what I want and any thing I need, I feel they are my holiday back up, always there to remind me to sort out things, they phone and remind me ..it takes alot of the worry out of my holidays and I know eith there help nothing will be overlooked, they are a great team and fine ambassadors for hays travel

Suggesting a holiday we would not have thought off.

Just called in the tiverton branch to purchase some euros and was told 1 .12 to the pound, so I asked for the online rate of 1 13 only to be told in a surly attitude that she couldn't.
I explained I've had no problems with other POLITER staff in this transaction, so again with attitude, said just this once then😠
Will not bother going in again, for money or a holiday 🙄

I came in across two days wanting to book a holiday for my 21st birthday. Charlotte was an absolute star and talked me through my options, even giving me options that I didn’t think of. Super friendly and knowledgeable making the whole process easy. The first day we looked through some hotels and destinations and picked a couple that I really liked, she sent me over a quote to have a think and nothing felt forced on me, I felt in control the whole time. I came back the next day with my partner with a price we got online and once we selected the hotel and destination she was able to match the price and got it all sorted for us. It’s all hassle free and Charlotte will check in for me so now all I have to do is relax and pack which is my favourite!! Couldn’t recommend enough, my first time using a travel agent and definitely the way forward for now.

From start to finish, the service was great.
Charlotte listened well to what we needed as a family and spent the time to search, but also offered for me to leave and she would continue to look and email me options.
There was an apprentice who was observing Charlotte who was polite and looked interested in what I said.
Charlotte gave me recommendations including telling me about her own holiday experience in the location I have now booked for.
Overall I would highly recommend Hays Travel.
