They are all so lovely but an extra big shout out to Hannah who is so lovely and professional, patient and always on the ball. Excellent with the quick responses i get and always letting me know whats going on at all times. Always a pleasure dealing with her. She is a real credit to the company.

Our holiday to the Maldives/Mauritius was cancelled. So Tom was right on hand to find us replacement holidays. We felt so much happier,after having the disappointment of our special holiday cancelled.

The atmosphere within the branch was friendly, professional and humourous. The advisor Thomas was knowledgeable and patient while we made our decision. We were not rushed and told if we would like to consider the options and go home, we could ring in once we knew what was right for us.
