Haven't been on our holiday as yet but I would hope the service I received while booking will reflect in holiday. Friendly staff member Sarah in Victoria Square Sat with me 10 mins before closing and couldn't have been more helpful. Haven't used a travel agent for some time, made bookings online but I would go back to travel agent after this booking. Many thanks Sarah for the tips and advice, knowledge and know how.

I found the operator girl really listened to what we wanted and got us a lovely hotel beside the beach at a reasonable price. We found her outstanding. She was interested in what we had to say and polite and lovely all round. I give her 100/100

Experienced Travelers
We are experienced travelers down the years. This is our first trip with Rorys travel and hence Hays Travel. From the initial phone call and several more plus a few emails and finally the booking all my contact was with Joshua in Victoria Square.
Joshua i found to be very experienced, polite courteous and respectful. He was very prompt in his return calls and emails.
