Grace was lovely from the start
Grace was lovely from the start . From the first message regarding trying to find me and my partner a little get away . We were back and forwards with holidays and ideas. Until we found the right one . We went into store to meet Grace and talk about the holiday more . We booked and can not wait to go .

Brilliant staff very friendly and so professional. I've now dealt with probably all 5 of the team for different things and honestly top drawer. I noticed on Monday there was a work experience young lady there. I dont think she can get a better start than this place.

Sam was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The whole process was simple. Everything was clearly explained. Another member of staff at the branch had recently been in the same trip so she could give some helpful tips
