Great customer service as usual.We went in to book for next Christmas.Found exactly what we needed and it was all done in no time at all.We would not go anywhere else to book our holidays.

Hays Wallasey marvellous customer service from Hollie who showed me plenty of hotels reasonably priced for our budget. Hollie explained in detail what all the hotels offered for all inclusive half board or bed and breakfast. She also explained thoroughly what the resort in Albufera had to offer in complete detail. Hollie and the staff at Hays Wallasey were friendly pleasant and helpful I would definitely book my holiday for myself and family with Hays again thank you for a great holiday booking Hays and Hollie 🌞🌞yours Joanne and Tom

We called into Hays Travel in wallasey after looking on various sites on the Internet, I wanted to see if they had better deals. Amy dealt with us and she was fantastic, very knowledgeable, she was able to meet all my requirements. I will definitely deal with Amy again. Thank you very much.

Grace helped us to look at a destination we wouldn't have considered. It's a holiday for our 10th wedding anniversary and we are taking out son and daughter and their partners with us, so I wanted it to be special. We've had a lot of loss over the last year.
I had been looking for months on line and when black Friday came I new I had to put my phone away and go to the place that does it best Hays travel..so thanks to Grace we made the right choice for us all and we will be going to Estapona we can't wait to go as a family.

Went in with the mindset of being unsure about how was best to go about booking a holiday for New York. Left feeling like we had made the right decision due to the help of our travel advisor, Laura, who gave us all our options and answered any questions we had, even down to small things such as tipping and money. The atmosphere in the shop was lovely and all the girls in there made us feel really welcome. Was nice to hear other people opinions about what they experienced when they went themselves. Will definitely be booking future trips with them
