The girls in shop are absolutely amazing♥️ I would never book a holiday anywhere else, all the staff in this shop are out of this world!

Then I got some amazing help from Vicky who sorted all my euros out for me at the same time! I even took a hays travel money card, with an extra £30 FREE (u don’t get anything for free in this world no more! In hays travel Wallasey you do)😁

Walked into this shop with no idea of what I wanted…. Walking out not having to sort anything my self I can just get excited for my holiday now😁

I dealt with Sadie via Facebook, she was very good and found me just what I wanted...
I went into hays wallasey to finalise and pay... all good luck, I'm looking fwd to my trip.

excellent service .. amazing staff

This was my first visit to a Hays Travel, I took a seat with Laura to enquire about a holiday, without knowing where I wanted to go. She was very patient with me & very thorough showing me various options & durations. She was knowledgable & very pleasant to deal with & I left a very happy customer with a holiday booked for later this year. I will certainly return.

Really helpful

Great service from when we walked through the door and all the staff looked up and greeted us with a smile and a good morning.
Laura sorted the cruise we wanted and offered us insurance, which I did decline, I thought I may get a better price, but we went back and took it as it was in line with other companies. I also thought it best keeping everything all under the one umbrella. Again it was all dealt with and sorted by Sadie.
Lovely friendly girls, but most of all they dealt with us professionally but with the added touch of making you feel like you mattered to them.
