It was the same cost as booking direct but Laura was able to get us the flights that we wanted but we couldn't find them online.
Laura also helped us with our travel insurance needs.

My only disappointment was that,this is the second holiday we have booked with Hays this year and on both occasions they did not take any notice of my blue light card.

Liscard store has gone above and beyond for me with every holiday I’ve booked with them over the years. And they never fail to deliver what I have asked for from a holiday, liscard store is the only store I will go to because of the friendliness and kindness they give to their customers.

II think she was called Sophie who it was who helped me with my booking, she couldn't do enough for me and if I wasn't sure of something she would explain it again, she didn't pressurise me into buying a holiday the choice was completely mine, all in all Sophie went above and beyond in assisting me yesterday. Give this girl a pay rise.

We went into the travel agency not knowing where we wanted to go and after some discussion with with the agent we found our holiday.
The agent was very patient and went through a few destinations with us to help us choose. We booked our holiday and the agent gave us advice about the area and flights. All in all a good experience.

A delightful young lady who took on board our requirements and matched them to the best of her ability.

Went into hays travel in liscard,to find a cruise holiday for August,with Iona and P&O
We're met by lovely girl called grace,who helped us pick the P&O ship Iona for us,grace was very polite and friendly and professional

I went into Jayes travel in Wallasey on June 3rd 2026. To talk to them about my upcoming holiday I wanted to book.
I was taking 3 weeks off work in November 2026. I wanted a restful holiday on my own. I was greeted by all the girls, who were very friendly to me. I sat down with a young lady called Grace.
She asked me what it was I was looking for.
I gave her a few destinations and told her what I was looking for.
She kindly asked me to leave this with her and she would do some research and phone calls.
To my delight, I got an email off Grace the following day .
Giving me the option of going to Thiland. For a 17 day holiday incorporating a 2 day stay in Phuket, then getting transfered to "The Elephant 🐘 Hills" in the national park for a 3 day safari/excursion. Which also includes a boat trip down a river. Interaction with the elephants 🐘 and a stay in a dloating tent on the river. Then after that a transfer to a beautiful beach resort for my last 8 days relaxing by the sea. In a beautiful 5 star hotel.
I am delighted with the booking and everything Grace, and Mollie , has done for me to ensure I feel confident about my trip.
Thanks so much girls I will see you next week.

Fantastic service

Sue that served me was excellent,friendly and patient with me and the other members of staff were very pleasant.
Would have no hesitation in booking my next holiday with Hays Travel.

Overall excellent service as usual.

The rep was very helpful and took my needs into account. She was very aware of Things that might be difficult because of my age and warned me that one hotel was in a particularly hilly region. I’d give her service a 10 out of 10
