Very proffessional holiday outfit
The young lady we spoke to was very pleasant and confident in her manner.She was able to match an online price and booked the holiday for us. I always prefer to deal with a human than a computer as its easier to request what you need. We were dealt with very quickly and effeciently and came out after around 20mins with the holiday we wanted. Thank you

Great customer service
The lady who assisted me was named Laura, she told us that the studio room was no longer available so gave us an alternative. Her customer service was fab, she outlined everything that was included in the deal and the fact that the drop off/pick up location was 300m away from our hotel. She was polite & friendly.

We were very happy with the service we received. Our travel advisor was very helpful and found us exactly the holiday we were interested in, she explained all the travel details very clearly and answered all our questions. She gave us very useful advice about checking passport validity which we were grateful for. All in all a positive experience.
