Tam, the lovely lady who helped me, was delightful. She listened to everything I was looking for and found suggestions that I hadn't even thought of that were perfect. Friendly, welcoming, helpful. They were very knowledgeable, excellent as someone booking for the first time.

The ladies from the Wareham office could not of been happier to of served us , they double checked all aspects of our special trip , just from start to finish brilliant we,ve had a few bad experiences with others but could not fault them

I booked my flight to Berlin through Hays Travel. I spoke to Anita who was such a chatterbox she did not give me options for times to fly from Heathrow to Berlin. An had to go back to change my flight times to a earlier flight from Heathrow. After I did my own research on my laptop.

Hays travel Wareham, wonderfully friendly and helpful staff, that is why we book all our holidays through them.

There were two reasons for going to Hays Travel in Wareham. Firstly we had to take our passports before our next holiday. India dealt with this admin task quickly and without any fuss. The second reason was to book a cruise we are going on in 2028. We are going on it with another couple. India explained everything we needed to know about the cruise, the cost, the itinerary etc. She helped us select the most appropriate cabin and choose our dining preference. This is the 10th cruise we have booked through Hays Travel over the last 4 fours and would highly recommend them to help with booking your holiday.

Everything was explained really well which made the whole booking process easy. As you get older it’s takes a minute to take it all in. I was never rushed and that was really helpful
