From the minute Lindsay took my phone call I felt she really listened to my request and was determined to try to meet my needs I was very specific which she appreciated and By the time was extremely helpful and knowledgable Subsequent visit and calls were likewise On her day off I saw other team members who were equally as patient .I will have no hesitation in booking with Hays Wareham again

The lady that helped us was very happy to help us. We are 4 ladies who travel abroad every year. We all have different expectations so our adviser was so patient and explained the different options and prices available to us. She was willing to swap things around to give us the top savings. I would recommend hays travel in wareham dorset to everyone. Nothing is too much trouble and the staff are knowledgeable. Left booking a cruise for next may 2025 and all looking forward to next year's holiday
