Speed of action and very helpful attitude of Emily.

Will definately be using Hays Travel shop in Wareham for future holidays. Excellent service and attention from Lindsay. We are just looking forward to a lovely cruise now.

Emily was welcoming,introduced herself and explained every detail, including pros and cons, dos and don’ts. Emily shared her own personal cruising experiences with us.
Although we are travelling as a trio of sisters, I felt that she took into account each of our individual needs as opposed to treating us as a group. Very keen to share her knowledge, about the cruise we had chosen, the layout of the ship and showed us a diagram of where our shared cabin would be, we reserved it immediately. Emily is a credit to Hays Wareham. I know she is due to go off on maternity leave in October so will not be available to guide us through to departure, was very reassuring in explaining a colleague would follow through. Emily also explained about thoroughly about insurance. Emily took into account we were first time cruisers and was able to dispel some of the myths! We felt safe in her hands. Please acknowledge and reward her in some way
I really valued her in person service, It makes such a refreshing change (in this digital era) thanks to Emily I know we are going to enjoy our cruise and tours.

Popped in to the wareham branch and spoke to lindsay who was super helpful as I only had dates and airport choice but no destination! After choosing majorca lindsay ran though hotel choices and showed me maps of the area and transfer times from the airport. I felt fully informed before making my final choice of area and hotel due to lindsays helpfulness and friendly enthusiasm. She is definitely a great addition to the team .
