I love Hays. I always go in with a list of requirements and they always fulfill my wishes.

Samantha was very helpful and informative. She provided us with a selection of hotels in our destination from which we were able to choose from. She went through all the details of the package including travel insurance and currency.

Overall service was very good but when I questioned the price being higher than what I had seen 24hrs earlier, I was told it was a live system and the price had gone up, I do understand that as it could have come down as I've benefited from in the passed, I went on my phone and the price was the same as I seen 24hrs before, the assistant offered a lower price, but not the live price stating administration costs I reluctantly preceeded with the albeit slightly higher cost, I can't help feeling I have had my pants pulled down and probably won't be using or recommending hays travel again, ps I am not blaming the assistant as she said she couldn't override the system, so it's the company cheating and squeezing as much money as possible from the customer, I would appreciate a response from this issue.

We have used hayes travel for all our holidays because of the high level of customer service and the knowledge that we will be looked after should we have any issues whilst on holiday

Extremely patient and helpful. Hayleigh spent a great deal of time finding me the cruise I wanted, the cabin I wanted and also places I wanted to visit. I was sent details of the places ships would visit. Most importantly the dates I wanted and it all tied in beautifully.

Fantastic!
I was nervous at first because it's my first ever solo travel.
But then that I got seen by a samantha in the warrington branch and we are so on the same waves, she put me at ease straight away!
She got me. the best deals we chatted, she explained everything well and even answered my stupid questions. She really did look after me.
And i'm going in the day after with my passport! Now I am really excited! Sam was fabulous 😁
