Fantastic!
I was nervous at first because it's my first ever solo travel.
But then that I got seen by a samantha in the warrington branch and we are so on the same waves, she put me at ease straight away!
She got me. the best deals we chatted, she explained everything well and even answered my stupid questions. She really did look after me.
And i'm going in the day after with my passport! Now I am really excited! Sam was fabulous 😁

Kadee was great in providing information by messenger after I spotted a facebook post advertising a holiday to Iceland - I sent a message with some questions and Kadee answered them all whilst I was at work, sharing details and adding on extras that I wanted.
