From the moment I walked into the travel agents with my family and Judie called us over, I felt completely at home and warmly welcomed. Judie goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes to plan from the minute you're at the airport to getting the hotel rooms right when you get to your destination. She will get the best deals for you and if the room isn't right she will look for alternatives. I have booked 4 holidays in the last few months with Hays travel and Judie has been amazing every time.
