From my initial enquiry until booking the holiday, I have received excellent care and attention from Karyn at West Kirby.

There was a lot of too-ing and froo-ing due to me having to get accommodation for my cat, Karyn was patient and understanding.

Went looking for a break away for 5days Karyn the manager at West Kirby was very helpful as normal ,she found us a little holiday Thank you for your help as always.

The staff were very helpful and as a result we booked the holiday.

As always the staff at West Kirby Hays are first rate. Judie was friendly, polite and patient with our booking of another holiday. Especially when I made several mistakes with personal details!!!

I always book my holidays with Hays Travel. They listen to what I like and have arranged many wonderful holidays for me. I get plenty of advice and information if I ask for it. Karyn has just helped us book a short break to Italy and rearrange a cruise.

Understanding of holiday requiements. Hays(West Kirby) were fantastic in finding the best holiday that suited my friend and I.
They were attentive and empathetic to my disabled friend.

We booked a week's break through Hays travel, it was quite tricky due to being near the date we wanted to travel and having specific requirements. Karyn from Hays travel couldn't have been more patient, helpful and accommodating explaining why our first choice of destination may not have been the best option for us. This was the first time in many years we used a travel agent but we will definitely do so again, it made the whole process so much easier and hassle free and we got a discount!
