The Outstanding Personal Service that we received from Vicki at Hays Travel in Wimborne was amazing. The assistance in choosing and booking the holiday took all the stress away from us.

Great customer service, informative & knowledgeable about holiday.
We originally dealt with Megan via email & phone however Megan was off when we went in to book the holiday.
Martin was the agent we booked with. He was absolutely great, friendly, approachable & completely professional. He answered any queries we had &, having previously done this trip himself, he was able to share his experience & give us some great tips! Fantastic service, thank you.

Quick and easy

I telephoned to ask for advice and assistance booking a Princess Cruise around Japan for May 2027 as I would require connecting flights. I also wanted to make sure that the cabin I had selected would provide good value for money.
Victoria instantly took an interest in my query. She gave great advice around flights and also contacted Princess for more information about the obstructed view from the specific cabin I had selected. Within the hour I had all of the information I required and my cruise was booked with a small deposit. The booking confirmation and ATOL certificate arrived by email exactly when I was told it would.
