Not having been abroad for quite a while, we went into Hays Travel Winchester looking for advice and ended up booking our most substantial trip in a long time. Mel was extremely friendly and helpful, doing a lot of research for us beyond opening hours so that we could make an informed decision overnight, and confirm what we wanted to do the following morning.
