Our Winter Holiday.
We popped in to the travel agent on the off chance and were warmly welcomed by Ruby. Ruby was very polite , welcoming & knowledgeable about the holiday business.
Ruby gave us plenty of time to go through our expectations of a Winter holiday and was professional throughout. We are pleased to say we booked a holiday and thoroughly recommend Hays travel in Winchester.
We also met Mel who was very helpful in discussing another destination we are looking at for the future.
All in all a wonderful experience.

Claire was really helpful and kept me posted throughout the quote and booking stages. There was an error in the information Claire had, but she was honest with me, and worked to get it resolved immediately.

I needed travel insurance for a three day stay in the UK over Christmas. Apparently my worldwide policy from a major insurer doesn’t cover trips in the UK! Hays sorted it for me very quickly with the excellent service I have come expect from them over the years

Our experience booking a 4day break to Krakow through Hayes travel Winchester was extremely good. Claire, who dealt with us, could not have been more helpful, she was respectful, patient and very professional. Any questions we had were answered for us and nothing was too much trouble.
