A very friendly team who seem to enjoy their work. There is an atmosphere of fun in the office and they work as a team, helping each other as well as the customers.
Most importantly the staff seem friendly and confidant. They are perfectly happy to deal with big bookings or small problems.
My only criticism of my last visit was that I had to wait quite a while. Only two staff members on and several customers ahead of me. But that's the downside of being so successful, I suppose.

The team are all very friendly and helpful and despite my two requirements being completely different in nature (both in terms of price and distance), I received the same high level of service.
