Went into your Wolverhampton branch and for the second year running, served by Emma Harris. So kind, patient, friendly and informative about holidays. We had an idea where we wanted to go so Emma told us all about the area, hotel and anything she knew. We have booked as a group to Cyprus for next year and all done and dusted, even booked us the seats on the plane. Can’t fault our experience.

Our local branch is Wolverhampton and Caroline Gunn8ng has bent over backwards to accommodate us on another cruise with P&O as we had to cancel the previous one and lost our deposit, however she found another cruise for us for 2027
