Booking our holiday in person with Hays Travel in Yate is part of our holiday experience.
The staff make us so welcome when we arrive at the shop and have come to recognise us.
We book with Cat and walk past the shop and go in when we see her and that she is free.
Cat makes our holiday booking fun. She is knowledgeable, efficient and makes booking a holiday a pleasure.

The staff at our local Hays Travel in Yate are always very approachable and helpful .The process of booking your holiday is made much easier with their help and guidance nothing is too much trouble for them

Rebecca was very knowledgeable and so helpful! Obviously a genuine person rather than at some travel agents where staff are pushing for commission. I would definitely use Hays again and recommend. Looking forward to my first cruise in 2028. Thank you ☺️

Thank you to Cat who kept me updated over the last 6 months whilst we waited for the prices to be released for our 2027 holiday to Canada. Her communication, knowledge and friendliness is excellent and our holiday has now been arranged. I know Cat will keep me updated with the progress of our booking.

As a first time customer I was pleased with the level of service I received. Sophie was very helpful and did what she could do on the day but with the booking centre closed she offered to ring them first thing next day and get back to me. Would be happy to return ag
