Booked a holiday over the telephone with Cara and found it a lovely, personable straightforward experience. I saw a holiday online and I really didn’t have the energy to travel into the branch. I felt I got first class service without it being a face to face encounter. Brilliant. Staff all helpful and knowledgeable. I went in to see if I could book for the tour de France femmes and Cara sorted it straight away. I made a mistake with dates and Cara sorted it for me. Definitely book with hays again.
