We were made most welcome & the service was 5 star+. My husband passport would of been out of date but help was given & they renewed the passport on line for us after telling us where to go for the photos gave us the address to send the old passport to & to get it signed for. assistance was also booked for us. This is the reason we use Hays Travel. Rebecca makes it so easy & stress free

Personal service was what we wanted for booking our first ever cruise for next year so we wanted to be able to ask questions and get advice.
