The booking of my holiday was over…
The booking of my holiday was over several months due to set backs on my side and it was great that the agent always made me welcome (never felt that I was seen as a waste of time) and the agent was very helpful. It was always easy to continue from where we had left off. It was good to go through a number of choices that met my needs and also to have other relevant choices highlighted.
It was an enjoyable experience and I would happily book with Hayes again.
