Ongoing mistakes

We entrusted this builder for a two story extension and complete house renovation, they were not the cheapest. Their silly mistakes throughout caused a lot of grief. An adjudicator ruled in our favor, where the builder had to pay out for not completing their contractual duties. Some examples:

- A ≈£30k+ costing mistake which created significant problems
- Not returning to complete the snags, leaving us with an unfinished house
- Two leaking wetrooms, incorrect installation
- A leaking roof, incorrect installation of a cavity tray

Not recommended.
