I’ve been buying from HB London for a few years and their level of customer service definitely stands out.
Needed a copy of an invoice from 3 years ago for a claim against an airline who had damaged my beloved case! Thought it was a long shot but they got it back to me within a day!
The products are a luxury but definitely worth it.

Ordered suitcases which were due to be delivered after I fly. I emailed HB and they expedited the delivery free of charge.

I never leave reviews however this has really bugged me. About a year ago my mum had order me this case for my birthday, it was promised that it would arrive before my birthday however arrived a month later. That’s one thing. I have just come back from my third holiday using this suitcase and before we had even left the hotel i pulled the suitcase off the bed and placed it on its wheels to hear a crunch sound. One of the wheels at the back had cracked the back of the suitcase and one of the screw holes had ripped meaning the wheel was bending off the suitcase. Emailed the support at HB London, they said it was the baggage handlers fault- this didn’t happen with the baggage handlers, it happened with me in a hotel room. My suitcase was not overweight, i did not throw it on the ground i placed it carefully as i always really liked this case so took care of it when i could. I would not recommend this company and i am disappointed with the service from HB London. You pay a lot of money so would expect to get your moneys worth and get told it’s 12 months warranty however this could not be further from the truth. A real shame and will not be recommending.

Review on behalf of sister - Communication was dreadful, claim to adhere to 72hr reply, however, waiting for over a week for multiple emails. Claimed to have delivered however, no attempts, and wanted a £10 delivery charge for a “re-order” which didn’t even happen. Be careful and keep a close eye on communication/delivery statuses.

I am now on my fourth Phone case from HB London and I love them. The quality is excellent and the after sales service when there was a postage problem was exceptional. I will be back again

Avoid!
As others have said, almost impossible to get a reply. Product arrived sub standard.
Been trying to get it replaced, apparently we weren't in when the collection was arranged ( yes we were, the courier just didn't turn up) now on second day of waiting in all day on a collection.
Was rudely told that emails take 72 hours for reply. Really?? It's a complaint so should have better communication than that for over £150. Trying to get a refund now as so disappointed. It was a gift for wedding anniversary so was special occasion which has been married by shoddy product and even shoddier customer service. Would give zero stars if able to!!

I ordered a customised large suitcase from this company and it was absolutely STUNNING and amazing quality. The customer service was also incredible, I emailed explaining that I left ordering a bit and that my suitcase wouldn’t arrive in time for my holiday and Debbie and she was able to fast track my suitcase and it has now arrived 3 days before I fly. Will definitely be ordering again xx

I ordered a bit last minute and their suggest lead time was 7-10 working days with 3-5days shipping. I emailed to ask if I could pay to have next day delivery on the cases to make sure they got here. They assured me they would with out the extra delivery and they did arrive. Lovely cases! Arrived in dust jackets to keep when not using locks are lovely and built in! The whole cases are lovely will def be using this site again! Thank you :)

Couldn’t have asked for a better service!
I had left it late to order a present for my daughters Birthday, I emailed HB and a lady called Sammie assisted me, she was so helpful clarifying exactly what I wanted she fast tracked my order and me kept me updated with delivery/dates etc throughout.
I received the case a few days before her Birthday so no stress and my daughter was so pleased when she opened it. The case was perfect.

We bought these for our honeymoon and emailed asking for expedited delivery. Sammie was incredible and sped up our delivery and we received the cases within days of ordering! The quality of the cases is fantastic and we’ll definitely be ordering smaller versions for our next holiday!
