As a family we have had several personalised phone cases from HB London, unfortunately the most recent one is terrible. It took around 3 weeks to arrive this time. The marble is ‘tinted orange’ and the lettering that is meant to be rose gold is orange too. To top it all off the case is bent and thus not fit for purpose. I have written several emails over the last few weeks asking for a refund but only had one reply asking for further photos which I duly emailed over and since then no further replies to any of my emails.
As the purchase is under £100 I cannot use credit card protection but is left with an unusable product.
Very disappointed - avoid.

I ordered (very last minute!) 2 personalised suitcases and asked for them to be delivered, much shorter than their advised delivery timescale on their website. I sent an email before placing my order to see if it was realistic to place my order and then receive within 5 business days. The business owner (Chloe) replied herself within 10 minutes of my emails to confirm she could do it and to email her once i have placed an order, confirming my order number and she would escalate it for me - you cant ask any better than this !

I absolutely love my suitcase, the quality and design is amazing. I’ve had so many compliments. I needed to amend my order slightly and Sammie was extremely helpful and swift with handling my issue. Highly recommended and will definitely be purchasing more items from HB London

Lock on case didn’t work. Had to cut open to get clothes out on first use. Ignored communication and then reply was wouldn’t help. Terrible product, terrible company

Efficient company with excellent customer service. Products are of amazing quality & high standard as gifted all my family phone cases.

I have tried for weeks to get a reply regarding faulty zip on a new suitcase and nothing! I’ve tried facebook, instagram, emailing and calling them with no joy!
£165 for a case that was used once! No customer service whatsoever- next email will be going to consumer rights & trading standards!
Why should companies be allowed to take peoples money and disappear??

I have purchased 3 suitcases. Small, medium and large as I wanted to treat myself to a new set.

As with many reviews here the wheels have fallen off the medium and large. HB London don’t care and tell you to claim from the airline.

I have used the cases both 3 times each. Whilst I appreciate they are rough when transporting luggage previous cases have lasted years and it shows that the actual quality of the cases are poor. The wheels shouldn’t just be randomly falling off. For the price of the cases you could get better quality elsewhere. The only one that isn’t damaged is the small one and that is because I use it as a carry on. All in all they are not able to withstand the check in flight process.

Ordered my case without reading the delivery properly and had emailed to see if I could speed my order up in any way! ‘Sammie’ was so pleasant to deal with and fast tracked my order with no hassle at all. Thanks again

Purchased two cases off HB and I’m so disgusted on how you are treated when you have an issue. First case arrived on time second case took months to arrive. When I took my case on holiday upon leaving at 5am to go on a long flight the zip all came undone. I HAD NOT USED THE CASE. I had to carry the case into the airport and have it wrapped to travel. I complained and was told I could not have a new one as zips not covered. AS I SAID I HAD NOT USED THE CASE. I will be going to the small claims court as not fit for the purpose. TOTAL CRAP company.

Very happy with my whole experience! Ordering was easy, many designs to choose from, and dispatch was way faster than stated :) HB Ldn also replied very fast to my emails which I appreciate. Giving two personalised suitcases to family members who are travelling soon so I know they will enjoy it.

Amazing customer service from start to finish so helpful, they went above and beyond.

Absolutely amazing service. My holiday got brought forward so contacted them and they fast tracked my order so my suitcase would be here on time. Thanks so much my daughter is over the moon

Absolutely horrendous company. Awful communication. Lies about delivery times. Not what you expect when you buy a £150 suitcase. Tried to get a refund yet every email just gets ignored.

When I purchased my suitcase set it arrived within days. On my first trip the airline somehow lost a wheel off my brand new suitcase. I contacted HB London and they immediately dispatched a new wheel for me which arrived the next day ready for my next trip. Great service!

I ordered 2 personalised products (phone case and eye mask) and paid over £70 on 07/02/2023. Meant to take a max of 10 working days to receive both products. 11 working days later, I've recieved 1 product. That product was meant to be delivered in 1-3 working days...it took 4 working days. I've emailed on the 15/01/2023, 21/01/2023 and 22/02/2023. Website states "we aim to respond to all emails within 72 hours" - it's been 6 working days. My friend who the items are for is going away tomorrow without her present and 0 indication of when it will arrive.

I have ordered multiple phone cases over the years which I love that much I will not upgrade my phone! The suitcases are also amazing I currently have 2 they are so sturdy and stylish I think I might order myself another

I love my luggage! I get so many compliments. I've purchased one for my daughter and boyfriend. I still need a few more for the grand girls and my sis n law.
Traveling TSA broke off a wheel from my boyfriend and my luggage. I reached out to customer service and they were very helpful with replacing them. Customer service is great! I think every gift I give from now on will be a HB luggage lol 🤷🏾‍♀️

I just wanted to say a massive thank you for the suitcase which arrived today in plenty of time for Valentine’s Day:-) I’m really pleased with the suitcase, the initials and the packaging and really appreciate the great customer service too.

Sammie is an absolute gem! She's very communicative and adaptable. I had a special request that she accommodated easily. Highly recommend!
