Item broke within weeks. Difficult to get a response from customer services.
The phone case I bought my daughter for Christmas snapped within weeks. It cost almost £40 and I expected it to be of much better quality.
I have emailed repeatedly about this but had no response. You can't ring them so there is nothing dissatisfied customers can do.
Update: I did get a full refund in the end, but it took a while. It is stressful when you can't contact a company by phone or Livechat but have to rely on emails and their response is slow

Avoid this company!
I ordered a card holder wallet and it didn’t arrive after the 15 working day scheduled delivery. I enquired about it and was ignored. I emailed a second time and was told it would arrive a few days later, as expected it never arrived. When I emailed a third time I was ignored again and ended up having to claim against them with my bank. I would AVOID at all cost!
