Super quick and efficient service - and we LOVED our large suitcase. It has gained a lot of admirers!

Ordered some new inserts for my HB luggage at very short notice. Sammie was amazing at explaining the process and I received my new inserts in no time. Great service from start to finish. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend HB London enough once again! I ordered a small personalised case absolutely last minute (March 27th) for Mother’s Day as our celebrations ended up being moved to a week earlier than planned! I explained to the HB London team and they were so helpful, I gave them my order number and the case arrived on the 29th!!!! I cannot believe how helpful the team were and how quickly the case arrived. Absolutely gorgeous cases, amazing people and so helpful! Thank you HB London!

I cannot recommend HB London suitcases enough! Super high quality and durable, I’ve definitely put mine to the test over the two years I’ve owned the cases and they still look amazing after nearly 44,000 miles flown with me! The team are also so helpful, even when I needed a last minute carryon case they managed to work with me and it arrived just in time! Again, I’m so happy I made the choice to go with HB London and I wouldn’t go for another case again!

Brilliant as always. I’ve been getting my phone case from HB London since 2017. Just bought a new iPhone 16e and saw that it wasn’t listed as an option under the phone cases. I emailed them and they replied that they were just able to order the new 16e cases which I would like to order. They put it on the website soon as I replied with the phonecases I was interested inand emailed to let me know it was now live on the website to order. Excellent service as always and an excellent quality product.

I have a small suitcase from HB London and then I proceeded to get a medium one as I loved the small so much! The quality of the suitcases are sooo good. I love that you can personalise them aswell. The team are so lovely and helped me with all my queries. I will definitely be purchasing again... I think I may get a large🥰

Ordered a phone case on Dec 5th, emailed about two weeks later to see if it was on the way. Customer service (Sammie) advised me that it takes 5-10 working days plus 3 days to ship and that I would definitely have it by Christmas. An empty promise it Turns out, wouldn't let me cancel my order. I'd be wary of these guys as they simply look like third party sellers and not a company that takes its customers seriously, all they want is the business.

Follow up..

After my initial complaint to HB London they have now fully refunded me the cost of the case. they did this in good time and without any stalling or complaints. I hope that this was a one off incident.

Excellent company to deal with such amazing quick service

I purchased a cabin bag for my daughter 6 yrs ago. Its been used multiple times and she loves it. Recently one of the wheels wore down and Sammie and the team organized shipment of replacement wheel. Fantastic cusfomer service after all that time ,would highly recommend both products and customer service..

I contacted the guys at hb London yesterday after an airline snapped one of the wheels off my case, the guys were so helpful and asked me to send over a couple of photos of the damage. After assessing that it was only the wheel I needed they arranged for this to be sent out & it was delivered this afternoon. I can’t believe how quick the service was & im so happy! They even sent me details for the airline to register a claim which I have decided not to bother with as the wheel only cost me £10. I honestly thought I was going to need to get a new case so I am over the moon with the outcome! Thank you so much for the amazing service Sammie, you were great!!

Great service, quick to respond to any queries. I was spoil with choice lot’s of colours and designs, lovely looking suitcases my first order was the large. I was pleasantly surprised that it expanded and when you opened the case the dividers had zips so you could pack your little bits separate. love the case so I ordered medium and amazed how much you can pack. it’s like a little tardis, I would highly recommend, You won’t be disappointed. Damaged cases that were over £300 was told I would get a 10% refund as I would have been hassle waiting for it to be collected and wait for new ones. Still waiting over 2 weeks and now ignoring messages order 31920

I bought a suitcase for my daughters 18 th it’s only been used a couple of times and the seam has split - advised the warranty does not cover this? No idea what the warranty would cover - the suitcase is immaculate and no other signs of wear - told to go and fix it myself - shocking service really disappointed
