I had a non-standard request. I spoke to Nathan on the phone who suggested that I write an email with my detailed questions.
Within 4 hours of doing so, Nathan had spoken to the manufacturer of the type of product I required, put me in contact with the manufacturer so that the manufacturer and I could have a detailed conversation on the phone, the manufacturer thought about which of his products would best suit my needs, the manufacturer let Nathan know, the particular product wasn't sold by HCE but they put it up on their website for me, and I was then able to pay for the product feeling as comfortable as I can be buying a product that I've never bought before.
Thank you Nathan and HCE! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would do so!

We purchased an examination lamp a couple of years ago and its flexible arm became droopy, this caused the lamp head to be damaged.
The HCE customer support team were excellent and contacted the manufacturer on my behalf and they arranged for a free replacement unit to be sent (even though it could have been classed as user damage by other suppliers).
Their help was much appreciated and if asked for future suppliers for NHS equipment, I will recommend HCE (as long as the price is comparable).

Placed order some seven days ago and was today it would be delivered in three days time . On day five we had an email stating the product was no longer available and was shower the new version. Replied with in two hours with the size we required and asked for it to be delivered the next day. We now at day five past out expected delivery date.
I wouldn’t order anything from this company.
Although the order I placed on November 1st appears to be marked as completed, it has neither been delivered to me nor have I received a response to my inquiry about its status. Previously, I also purchased an item that was not in stock, and after a long delay, they informed me that the order could only be processed if I included it with another item, forcing me to request a refund. This is a company I will never choose again—completely unreliable and irresponsible.

I contacted HCE about a transfer aid and even thru they don't deliver to NI, Raj was very helpful and gave me a telephone number to speak to someone who might be able to help me.
They are very quick in response and went out of their way to be helpful.
