The website is very easy to use.
The delivery was right on time.
The necklace looks fantastic, I'm just hoping she likes it as much as I do.
The one thing that really surprised me was the engraving, the font had to be small as the coin was small, but it is not only very well executed but it's so easy to read.

I often wear my crucifix and Our Lady chains but often struggled to fasten the clasps . Then I discovered this Easy on Easy off fastener from a lovely company called Heads and Tails. An amazing devise that makes fastening necklaces so easy. Heads and Tails are a developing company with big ambitions and they supply amazing products and customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and their wonderful products.

I wrote a review giving 1 Star because of the customer service, on reflection I was Very premature because the owner was trying to contact me from the start,and there was a misunderstanding on MY part,since the owner has Replaced the Necklace and Pendant and my wife and myself are Very pleased with the outcome. I Ordered a necklace for my daughter it should have been a 1976 5 p when I received it it was bigger than I thought it should have been.
They said it was because the smaller one didn’t change until 1990 a friend of mine has old coins the one they have sent me is a 10p coin.

We looked at their website and it was impressive. We decided to order a present for a life long friend. The feedback was positive so we went with the order. We have not been disappointed and our friend is delighted with his gift. We would highly recommend this company.

Whilst the packaging of the 18th B’day gift of a Hip Flask is impressive, the content is not!
The ‘leather’ pouch is just plastic and the ‘engraving’ is just printed and not as clear as shown on the Heads and Tails Web page. It’s not the quality we expected and we’re very disappointed!
We’re almost embarrassed to gift it to our Grandson.
Heads and Tails have stopped responding to our emailing.
